Teamwork with a proactive and responsible attitude Two customer service positions are available at the company's facilities located in Parres (Asturias). Duties include receiving and assisting customers, explaining activities, safety regulations, and pre-Sella River descent instructions. Staff will also distribute, collect, and manage necessary equipment—such as life jackets, paddles, and waterproof barrels—and assist in group organization and preparation. Additional tasks include cleaning, inspecting, and performing basic maintenance of equipment, as well as arranging and storing it properly. Staff will address basic inquiries and incidents and collaborate with the team to ensure successful activity delivery. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and capacity for teamwork, with a proactive and responsible attitude. Prior experience in customer service, active tourism, or sports-related activities is valued. Availability to work weekends and public holidays during the season is required. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract of the fixed\-discontinuous type, full-time working hours, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
