DESCRIPTION A company specializing in the **installation of lightning protection systems** is seeking to hire **installers** for work on roofs, structures, and buildings. ### **Responsibilities** * Installation of **lightning protection systems** (lightning rods, down conductors, and grounding electrodes). * Use of **manual and electric tools**. * Work on **roofs, structures, and elevated areas**. * Assignments will be primarily within the Community of Madrid, but also include **Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia**. ### **Requirements** * Class B driving license (mandatory). * Availability for **frequent travel**. * Basic proficiency with **tools**. * **No prior experience required** (training provided by the company). * A **responsible individual unafraid of working at height**. * Preferred qualifications: **60-hour PRL course**, training in **work at height**, and training in **vertical work** (*If you lack height-related training, the company will provide the necessary training.*). Residence near San Fernando de Henares. * ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **07:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 17:00** ### **Employment Conditions** Collective agreement for the **Metal Industry**. * **First 6 months:** **€1,799.72 gross/month × 14 payments** * **From the 7th month onward: €2,063.39 gross/month × 14 payments** ### **Meals and Expenses** * **Lunch allowance included**, paid via payroll **for each working day** (regardless of actual usage). * **All travel, accommodation, and other work-related expenses are covered using the company credit card**. ### **Departure Point:** San Fernando de Henares
