The role requires a clear focus on **quality**, **accessibility (AA)**, and the continuous delivery of scalable and maintainable interfaces, working closely with distributed design, UX, and development teams. **Requirements** * Proven, substantial experience with **Angular (advanced level)**, **TypeScript**, **RxJS**, **Angular Material**, **Bootstrap**, **HTML5**, and **CSS/SCSS**. * Practical experience with **Microfrontends**, specifically **Angular Module Federation**. * Advanced knowledge of **accessibility (a11y)**: + **WCAG** standards (Level AA). + Correct use of **ARIA**, **semantic HTML**, and compatibility with screen readers (**NVDA, VoiceOver**). + Proficiency with validation tools such as **Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE**. * Mastery of **Git** and collaborative workflows: branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. * Experience debugging complex frontend issues using **Chrome DevTools**, including performance analysis. * Sensitivity to **visual quality and user experience (UI/UX)**; UX design experience is a plus. * **High level of English** (for an international work environment). **️** **Responsibilities** * Develop **robust, scalable, and accessible UI components** using Angular, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS. * Ensure **full compliance with accessibility (AA)** across all screens, applying WCAG standards, ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and accessibility testing tools. * Debug, optimize, and maintain complex Angular applications, focusing on **performance, change detection, and maintainability**. * Work **autonomously and proactively** in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high volume of UI deliverables. * Apply **engineering best practices**: testing, documentation, code reviews, clean architecture, and maintainable code. * Collaborate closely with **designers, UX specialists, and developers** in multicultural and distributed teams. * Support **internal development tools and workflows** within a cloud infrastructure. * Act as a **proactive, reliable, and communicative engineer**, with strong attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and a collaborative mindset. **What We Especially Value** * Hands-on production experience developing and maintaining complex Angular applications. * Real-world experience implementing **Level AA accessibility compliance**, not just theoretical knowledge. * A practical, quality-oriented approach focused on impact and continuous improvement. **What Do We Offer?** * **Permanent contract**: From day one, with option of 12 or 14 annual payments. * **Hybrid model: offices in Madrid**. * **Flexible schedule**: Start at 8:30 AM, end at 6:00 PM (with flexibility); Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
