Our purpose is to generate well-being through a human, efficient, and people-centered service. **We are looking for: COORDINATION ASSISTANT – HOME HELP SERVICE (SAD) in RIVAS VACIAMADRID** If you are passionate about the social sector, possess organizational skills, and enjoy working as part of a team to improve people's lives, this opportunity may be right for you. **What will be your mission?** To provide direct support to the Home Help Service (SAD) coordination team, contributing to ensuring that our users receive high-quality, efficient, and human-centered care. **Main responsibilities:** * Support in planning and monitoring auxiliary staff routes and shifts. * Management of incidents, emergencies, absences, and replacements. * Ongoing communication with auxiliary staff, users, and families. * Recording, updating, and tracking information in management platforms. * Support in continuous service improvement. **Profile we seek:** ✔ Education in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Dependency Care, Administrative Management, or related fields. ✔ Prior experience in SAD management will be valued. ✔ Proficiency in office tools and management software (Gesad, Cibersad). ✔ Organized, solution-oriented, proactive, and socially sensitive individual. **We seek individuals committed to others’ well-being, capable of teamwork, and driven by a service vocation.** **Position conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 * On-site mode with possibility of remote work two days per week. * Initial temporary contract with potential for permanency. **Do you want to join a team that transforms lives through care and social support?** Send us your application and let’s grow together, building a more human service every day. \#Employment \#SocialWork \#SocialServices \#HomeHelp \#SAD \#Coordination \#JobOffer \#SumaSocialyServicios Work location: On-site employment
