DESCRIPTION At Prosegur Cash, we are seeking a Distribution and Logistics Services Scheduling Technician to join our Logistics Operations team at our Vicálvaro headquarters. You will be a key player in daily scheduling, route optimization, and coordination with clients and internal teams. What will you do? * Manage service requests and resolve incidents via email and CRM. * Receive and coordinate internal and external calls to launch services. * Use internal tools, databases, and logistics planning systems. * Schedule routes and adjust services according to operational needs. * Analyze route performance, volumes, and sizing to optimize costs and time. * Maintain continuous interaction with drivers, internal clients, and operational departments.
