We are currently seeking to hire an E-commerce Technician. **Your Mission** Lead the evolution of our Magento-based e-commerce channels, integrate them with our corporate ecosystem (Sage 200, HubSpot), and drive the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies. **Your Responsibilities** E-commerce & Magento Ecosystem * Development and evolutionary maintenance: Configure, optimize, and maintain the Foundation's e-commerce channels on the Magento platform, ensuring their stability and scalability. * System integration (APIs): Design and ensure real-time synchronization between Magento and Sage 200 (orders, inventory, invoicing), HubSpot, and other corporate systems, working directly with the SAGE technical team and Marketing. * Performance and CRO: Continuously analyze and optimize technical performance (speed, security), user experience (UX), and online store conversion rates. * Architecture and scalability: Prepare and deploy new channels or stores following web architecture best practices and organizational standards. Artificial Intelligence & Data Exploitation * Implementation of AI use cases: Develop and integrate practical Artificial Intelligence solutions (recommendation/personalization algorithms, demand forecasting, workflow automation) into existing stores and processes. * Data connectivity (BI): Consume and transform governed Data Sets provided by the Data & BI department to feed AI models and improve decision-making. * Pilots and innovation: Design, test, and deploy AI pilot projects, analyzing their impact using key metrics (KPIs) for continuous improvement or scaling. Support & Operations * Level 2 (L2) Support: Handle complex incidents and second-level interventions on the Magento platform and the organization's core digital applications. **What We Offer** * Join a stable project with strong expansion potential. * Professional development and the opportunity to build a strategic track from day one. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 or 09:00–17:00 or 18:00, and Friday 08:00–15:00. Intensive schedules during summer, Christmas, and Easter holidays. * Flexiwork option available after 6 months: up to 6 days per month working remotely from your usual residence + Well-being Plan. * Location: Vicálvaro. * Salary: €28,000 gross annually, paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** --------------- * Mandatory: Demonstrable experience in Magento development/administration and consuming/creating REST/SOAP APIs. * Desirable: Knowledge of Sage 200 / HubSpot, practical application of AI/ML/Generative AI, and web security expertise. * Valuable: Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
