Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas\-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets. We are currently recruiting Finance Manager to work with and strengthen our Finance and Investment teams based in our Madrid office. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Management of existing corporate financing facilities and obtaining additional ones when needed (banks and capital markets). * Optimization of project financing facilities for the group's subsidiaries, and executing new project financings when needed. * Management of lines for bank guarantees, surety bonds and other guarantees, as well as securing additional lines when needed. * Management of the commercial paper program. * Execution of interest rate and currency hedging transactions via options, swaps, forwards and other financial derivatives. * Primary contact for rating agencies. **Education** ------------- * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration (ADE) or in similar field. Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C1 level is a must. * **Personal Skills** ------------------- * Problem\-solving oriented and strong analytical skills. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross\-functional teams. * Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
