Supervise their routines, including rest schedules, meals, hygiene, and educational or recreational activities. **Participation in the appropriate development of minors:** Foster the development of minors’ personal and social skills, promoting their autonomy. Support their integration both within the center and in the external environment, working on their emotional education and socialization. **Workshop development:** Design and implement educational, training, or recreational workshops that contribute to minors’ cognitive, emotional, and social development. Workshops may focus on conflict resolution, emotion management, teamwork, or acquisition of basic life skills. **Record keeping and follow-up:** Maintain records regarding minors’ progress, including observation of behavior, personal development, incidents, and any other relevant information for follow-up purposes.
