What will you do?
* Manage and lead the **testing \& commissioning** team for railway software systems.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of testing and commissioning activities.
* Prepare and review **Test Plans**, Specifications, and System Test Protocols.
* Analyze **System Requirements Specifications** to define comprehensive tests focused on functional, non-functional, and performance validation.
* Ensure proper configuration and usage of **test benches**.
* Conduct technical reviews of system lifecycle deliverables (requirements, design, interfaces, test protocols).
* Identify inconsistencies, information gaps, and technical risks in project documentation.
* Guarantee compliance with **internal processes** and the defined **testing strategy**.
* Report activity status, team performance, and milestone achievement to the area director.
* Participate in client meetings to monitor project testing progress.
* Coordinate defect and non-conformance management and tracking.
What are we looking for in you?
✅ Demonstrable experience in **managing testing \& commissioning teams** for railway software systems.
✅ Significant experience in **preparing Test Plans, Specifications, and Test Protocols**.
✅ Analysis of **system requirements** to define comprehensive and practical tests.
✅ Experience in **validating complex embedded and distributed systems**.
✅ Review of technical deliverables across the system lifecycle.
✅ Knowledge and use of **requirements and test management tools** (DOORS, Visure, TestLink, Quality Center) and defect tracking.
✅ Advanced experience in functional, non-functional, performance, stability, and automation testing.
