Database optimization (SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL) and ETL with SSIS ### **Job Information** Date Opened **06/05/2026**Job Type **Permanent**Industry **IT Services**Work Experience **4\-5 years**City **Madrid**State/Province **Madrid**Country **Spain**Zip/Postal Code **28001**### **Job Description** We are seeking a .NET Developer with solid experience in the full lifecycle of enterprise applications for one of our clients: * Work Mode: Hybrid — 1\-2 days per week onsite in Pozuelo de Alarcón * Languages: Fluent Spanish and English B2\+ **Main Responsibilities** * **Development and Maintenance:** Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the .NET ecosystem (C\#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web Forms). * **Integrations:** Implement and manage integrations with external platforms (e.g., Workday) and corporate systems using REST and SOAP APIs. * **Data Management:** Design and optimize databases in SQL Server, Snowflake, and MySQL, developing complex stored procedures and functions to improve performance. * **ETL and Migrations:** Design and implement extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SSIS for data consolidation. * **Cloud \& DevOps:** Support deployment and migration of environments using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage) and version control with Git. * **Critical Support:** Manage incidents and provide on\-call support for mission\-critical applications, ensuring high system availability. * **Methodologies:** Collaborate in Agile environments under Scrum and Kanban frameworks, using Jira and Confluence for task management. ### **Requirements** **Technical Requirements** * **Experience:** \+4 years of demonstrable experience developing applications with the .NET ecosystem. * **Backend:** Expert proficiency in C\#, VB.NET, and Entity Framework. * **Frontend:** Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. * **Databases:** SQL Server (advanced), Snowflake, and MySQL. * **Data Tools:** SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). * **Cloud:** Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage). * **Protocols:** REST and SOAP APIs. * **Version Control:** Git. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of Kotlin for backend development.
