Job Summary: We are seeking an SAT Technician for Madrid, responsible for optimizing after-sales service in assigned areas, managing service alerts, visiting customers, and supervising technical staff. We seek to hire an **SAT Technician** for our **Madrid** plant who is eager to learn and become part of an industrial environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are essential. **Job Mission:** Reporting directly to the After-Sales Director, this role is the ultimate and direct responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the After-Sales Service in assigned areas, with the mission of achieving service optimization. **Specific Responsibilities:** * **Analyze** the daily receipt of **service alerts**, as well as the status of pending alerts, analyzing **their causes and scheduling their resolution.** * **Frequently visit customers**, proactively addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the service. * Responsible for **training subcontracted technical service personnel and distributors’ technicians**, scheduling courses whenever operational needs require. * **Supervise, coordinate, and control after-sales service for direct projects** in assigned areas, organizing necessary resources. * **Provide precise technical support to distributors and subcontracted technical service providers**, resolving their technical queries, as well as any issues arising during machine operation and repair. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid, sector-leading company. * Active participation in a real industrial transformation project. * An environment where you can grow, propose ideas, and lead. * Collaborative colleagues and daily challenges that will drive your professional development. * Competitive salary. **What We Are Looking For:** * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP2) or equivalent, preferably with electrical/electronic knowledge. * Prior experience in industrial environments and production areas. * Languages: English and French. * Customer-oriented mindset. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. **Join Our Team!**
