We are seeking a Deputy Restaurant Manager for a shopping center in Arroyomolinos. The selected candidate will assist in managing the daily operations of the establishment, leading a team of 15 to 20 people. Key responsibilities include coordinating work schedules and vacations, controlling personnel and product costs, and managing inventory and orders. The candidate will also analyze sales and performance results to ensure achievement of targets, as well as drive commercial initiatives to attract and retain customers. They must guarantee quality, service, hygiene, and food safety standards, and handle incidents and complaints to improve customer experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role is required, with demonstrable expertise in team leadership and cost control. A direct full-time employment contract is offered, with rotating shifts: three consecutive days, two split days, and two days off per week. The annual gross salary is €20.500, plus a variable component based on sales and objectives. Hospitality or business management education is desirable, along with a commercially oriented profile and strong analytical skills.
