We seek proactive individuals with excellent teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility. **Your Role:** As an HVAC Engineer, you will play a key role in developing top-tier engineering projects. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Design and Calculation:** Developing conceptual, basic, and detailed designs for HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and sanitation systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards. * **Technical Calculations:** Performing thermal load, fluid flow, air and water distribution calculations, as well as sizing equipment and piping. * **Equipment Selection:** Selecting the most suitable equipment (air handling units, fan coil units, chillers, boilers, pumps, etc.) based on project requirements. * **Documentation Development:** Preparing technical reports, drawings (AutoCAD, Revit or other design software), technical specifications, material lists, and measurements. * **Technical Coordination:** Collaborating closely with other departments (electrical, control systems, structural engineering, etc.) to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems into the overall project. * **Supervision and Monitoring:** Supporting technical supervision during project execution, resolving issues, and ensuring correct implementation of the design. * **Energy Efficiency Analysis:** Proposing solutions to optimize energy consumption of the systems. REQUIREMENTS **Essential Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Energy or related field), Architecture, or equivalent technical qualification. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical installations, including at least 3 years of specific experience in Spain. * **HVAC Design Experience:** Proven experience in the design and calculation of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and sanitation systems. * **Languages:** Technical English proficiency—both reading/comprehension and spoken communication—for interaction with teams and consultation of technical documentation. **Preferred (Not Mandatory):** * Specific experience in designing mechanical installations for: * Data centers. * Logistics warehouses. * General industrial facilities. * Tertiary buildings (offices, commercial spaces, etc.). * Knowledge and use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) design software such as Revit MEP. * Experience using HVAC system calculation software (e.g., Dialux, Relux, etc.). * Familiarity with HVAC-specific regulations and standards in Spain and Europe. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company with challenging, large-scale projects. * Chance to work in an international and collaborative environment. * Professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Location in Madrid, with excellent transport links. **Are You the Candidate We’re Looking For?** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about the HVAC engineering field, don’t hesitate to take the next step in your career.
