Your responsibilities
* End-to-end management of audiovisual event projects: **pre-production, execution, and wrap-up**.
* Client liaison: briefing, needs assessment, technical proposals, and progress tracking.
* Coordination with warehouse and operations teams: **equipment planning, logistics, transportation, and setup**.
* Development and monitoring of **schedules, timing plans, checklists, and roadmaps**.

This is a technical position within the Customer Management area, where you will handle customer requests and incidents to deliver the best possible service.
**Your mission:**
Manage your customer portfolio in collections:
* Track unpaid invoices.
* Handle billing incidents.
* Maintain timely and direct communication with customers to agree on payment terms and resolve any questions or issues they may have.
* Continuously follow up with customers to support them throughout the payment process and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
* Guide customers on debt-related matters, providing clear and accurate information regarding amounts due, deadlines, and available payment methods.
* Meet average collection periods.

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Freight Transport/Logistics sector and/or related fields.
