**Positions Available** ---------------------- 6 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 6 Laboratory Technicians to support water planning and management activities in the Community of Madrid **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Identification and storage of samples and aliquots * Separation and stabilization of samples into different aliquots for various tests * Conducting general laboratory tests * Preparation of standards * Cleaning and storage of reusable laboratory materials, and disposal of disposable materials **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the candidate's curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle qualification in the professional families of Health, Chemistry, Food Industries, Safety and Environment, Agriculture, and/or Maritime-Fisheries (qualification officially recognized in Spain) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 6 months of professional and/or academic laboratory experience ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to perform on-call duties (weekends and holidays) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 2 years of laboratory sample separation experience (professional experience) (to be verified during technical assessment) * From 6 months up to 2 years of laboratory sample reception and management experience (professional experience) (to be verified during technical assessment) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months with possibility of extension up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. Recruitment may occur in multiple phases, with the first phase scheduled to begin mid-June. Depending on service needs, the planned start date may be postponed; hiring will be formalized according to the actual incorporation date and project duration, meaning contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, the project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). In case of staff absences, candidates may be contacted to offer a fixed-term contract whose duration will vary depending on the triggering event. + Full-time schedule with possibility of performing on-call duties on weekends and holidays.
