Show less **Your new role** ------------ * Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and corporate application incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals, including preparing equipment for new hires. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with IT security policies. * Log, prioritize, and track incidents using the ticketing system, collaborating with other IT teams as needed. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks, document technical procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services. Show more **Your skills** ------------------- * Medium or Higher Vocational Training degree in Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum prior experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support role. * Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer equipment management, ticketing tools, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers). * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical incidents, prioritize tasks, and deliver excellent user service. * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills, internal customer orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * English proficiency is a plus. * Interest in continuous learning and professional development within the IT field.
