As a **BMS Project Manager** (Building Management System), you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing building management system projects, coordinating tasks and teams, and ensuring that buildings under our management achieve the highest levels of efficiency and sustainability. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Plan, coordinate, and lead building management system projects from design through implementation * Ensure adherence to timelines, cost control, and resource optimization at every project stage * Adapt and harmonize existing building systems * Validate system outputs (data quality) * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction of expectations, manage additional requirements, and support them in analyzing and understanding key data and metrics * Identify optimization opportunities * Collaborate with various departments—including sales and operations—to implement solutions aligned with identified opportunities **What Profile Are We Looking For?** Industrial Engineering or equivalent higher education in HVAC or related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience managing BMS, HVAC, or similar sector projects Knowledge of automation systems, including communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) Knowledge of and proficiency with AutoCAD A high level of English is desirable If you are an organized individual with strong analytical capabilities and possess management, communication, and proactive skills, this is the right place for you!
