Our culture is built on continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation, and the well-being of the people who make up the group. **What Will Be Your Mission?** Lead continuous improvement of production operations by driving operational excellence through strategic implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, optimization of industrial processes, digitalization, and development of high-performing teams. You will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and implementing processes aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and control across various production units. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the continuous improvement and operational excellence strategy across production units. * Analyze, design, and implement processes focused on improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational control. * Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools (5S, SMED, Kaizen, VSM, PDCA, A3, and standardization). * Conduct process mapping, analysis, and optimization using methods-time studies, flowcharts, and data analysis. * Design and optimize layouts and workstations with a focus on ergonomics, safety, and productivity. * Define, monitor, and optimize operational KPIs, ensuring follow-up and sustainability of implemented improvements. * Drive digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives targeting automation, data capture, and plant-level analytics. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, audits, and action plans arising from non-conformities. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Operations, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, and Senior Management to align strategy and execution. * Act as a technical reference and change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and results orientation. **Candidate Requirements** **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field. * Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or similar training or certifications are highly valued. **Experience** * 7+ years of experience in industrial environments. * Minimum 3 years leading continuous improvement teams or projects. * Experience in mature industries: automotive, aerospace, capital goods, or similar. * Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and improving operational KPIs. * Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 experience is highly valued. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in Lean tools: 5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, standardization, PDCA, A3. * Advanced level in MS Excel. * Power BI and Power Query experience is valued. * Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making orientation.
