Guarantee consistency among corporate, legal, and operational requirements, promoting a uniform, high-performance preventive culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and maintain corporate occupational health and safety (PRL) standards, procedures, and requirements applicable to construction activities. * Lead the integration of health and safety requirements into the company’s HSE Management System. * Provide technical preventive support to teams across the various geographies where the organization operates. * Identify and translate international legal requirements into corporate procedures and tools. * Analyze indicators, incidents, and trends to foster continuous improvement. * Share best practices and lessons learned across projects and regions. **Candidate Requirements** **Education** * University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent. **Experience** Minimum 5\-6 years of experience in occupational health and safety (PRL) within construction, industrial energy, or infrastructure projects. Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
