In the era of post-digital transformation, we strive to enable each of our 29\.000 professionals to continuously renew themselves.* *Each professional can design their career path according to personal preferences, co-create with clients to build a more positive world in practice, innovate across all 27 countries, and balance professional careers with personal well-being.* *Our 29\.000 digital professionals are proud to have been certified Top Employer Europe 2026\.* **Job Description** At Inetum, we are expanding our **Data Team** by hiring several **Data Engineers** to join a strategic project, assuming the following responsibilities: * Develop and maintain **scalable data pipelines and systems**, adhering to internal technologies and guidelines, aligned with project requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. * Ensure **performance, security, quality, and integrity** of the data infrastructure, consistently applying best practices in data engineering. * Optimize data flows to improve efficiency and performance, enriching and transforming large volumes of information using complex business rules. * Automate pipelines and simplify data ingestion using orchestrators and scheduling processes (primarily Airflow as a Service). * Design and implement **scalable and secure data processing pipelines**, leveraging technologies such as Scala, Spark, and Cloud Object Storage (COS). * Configure **CI/CD pipelines** to automate deployments, unit testing, and development lifecycle management. * Write and execute unit and validation tests to ensure accuracy and integrity of developed code. * Produce technical documentation (specifications and operational documents) to facilitate knowledge transfer and consolidation. * Provide support to various teams in resolving data-related incidents. * Ensure comprehensive documentation of pipelines, systems, and data processes is created and maintained, accessible to all team members. * Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data initiatives. * Provide **technical guidance and mentorship** to junior data engineers. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. **Requirements** **Strong knowledge of:** * Spark with Scala * Apache Airflow * S3/COS storage and Parquet format * SQL and NoSQL databases * CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins…) * Hadoop **Full proficiency in:** * Agile principles and ceremonies * Containerization with Kubernetes * Elasticsearch and Kibana * Effective prompt design to leverage generative AI tools across various IT domains (development, testing, data generation, documentation) during development phases **Optional:** * HashiCorp Vault * Dremio as a data virtualization tool **Business and Cross-Functional Skills** * Knowledge of the banking sector and its processes * Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail * Ability to make effective decisions * Business / IT relationship (including IT OPS) * Strong communication and interpersonal interaction skills * Ability to understand, explain, and support change processes * Results-oriented mindset and delivery capability * Commitment to continuous learning and constant improvement **Languages (Mandatory)** * **French:** B2/C1 level * **English:** B2 level **Additional Information** What can we offer you? * ️ You will join a large team of professionals passionate and motivated by development and programming. * You will work full-time with a flexible schedule and the possibility of remote work. ️ 22 vacation days \+ 2 personal days. ‍ Company-provided training to support your continued development and promotion within the career path designed for you.
