Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst for BackOffice to join an international project in the mobility sector, focused on tolling solutions and high-criticality BackOffice systems, working with microservices and Cloud environments. Collaboration with multicultural teams Overview: **Functional Analyst for BackOffice Tolling (Cloud and Microservices Environments)** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **About the Project** At Expleo, we are involved in an **international mobility and transportation sector project**, focused on **tolling solutions and high-criticality BackOffice systems**. You will work in an advanced technological environment based on **microservice architectures and Cloud environments**, collaborating with multicultural teams and international stakeholders. The service is delivered in a **100% remote mode.**### **What You'll Do** * Analyze and define functional requirements for BackOffice systems. * Participate in the functional design of solutions based on microservice architectures. * Act as the functional point of contact with customers and international stakeholders. * Produce functional documentation ensuring requirement traceability. * Support development teams and collaborate in the validation of deliverables. * Participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of systems deployed in Cloud environments. ### **✅ What Will Make You Succeed in This Role** * Prior experience as a **Functional Analyst** for BackOffice systems. * Experience in defining requirements and producing functional documentation. * Knowledge of **REST API design**. * Experience in designing and modeling **relational databases (SQL)**. * Familiarity with **microservice-based architectures**. * Experience working in **Cloud environments**. * **Very high level of English (minimum C1\)**, with ability to communicate fluently in international contexts. * Expert-level Spanish. * **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in projects within the **mobility, transportation, or tolling sector**. * Knowledge of **billing, reconciliation, and transaction management processes**. * Experience integrating with **payment gateways** or external systems. * Participation in international projects, especially in the **United States or Australia**. * Experience with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, DOORS, or Rhapsody**. ### **What We Offer** 100% remote work (as required by client/project) Versatile Growth: Learn new languages and earn technical certifications through our Expleo Academy.
