We firmly believe that the success of our projects depends not solely on technology, but on people’s ability to collaborate, adapt, and communicate effectively. **Requirements** **Required Experience and Skills** * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure within corporate environments, covering Servers, Networks, Communications, End-user Computing, and Service Desk. * Proven experience in IT service integration projects following acquisitions, ensuring migration and adaptation of systems and applications. * Advanced and cross-functional knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies. * Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, as well as manage external vendors. * Collaboration with Information Security teams to protect infrastructure and corporate data. * Organization, project management, and preparation of technical documentation. * Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure and AWS) will be valued. * Professional-level English proficiency is mandatory for daily communication in international projects. * Willingness to travel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead IT infrastructure projects, with special emphasis on system and service integration following the acquisition of new companies. * Coordinate the migration and adaptation of IT services from acquired companies to the parent company’s infrastructure. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of IT services. * Supervise the proper functioning and compatibility of integrated systems until handover to Operations teams. * In case of team expansion for integration projects, assume leadership of the deployed team/office dedicated to this purpose. **Additional Information** **ARE WE TALKING ABOUT YOU?
