We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Technician to work from our HQs located in Getafe, Madrid. Job Functions and Responsibilities: Process activity licenses, Industrial Registry entries, construction licenses and permits. Manage and monitor PCI, BT and AT OCAs. Manage and coordinate supplier budgets and external services. Maintain ongoing contact with the business to understand and anticipate issues, coordinating across different departments. Ensure the proper operation of Northgate’s delegation and workshop network through real estate, facility and equipment management. Identify real estate assets and/or land for establishing new workplaces or improving existing ones. Install, maintain and resolve incidents related to charging points. Manage infrastructure, repairs, maintenance and incidents related to photovoltaic systems. Manage energy bill payments (e.g., Iberdrola) or payments related to charging points and photovoltaic systems. Implement modifications to facilities and technologies. Ensure real estate viability according to technical business requirements (location, building layout suitable for workshop configuration, vehicle storage capacity, utility supply). Manage and monitor engineering projects. Requirements Availability for nationwide travel and visits to delegations across Spain. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent outside the office. Academic background in Engineering, Architecture or related fields. 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Services and Real Estate Management, project management (urban development, construction or civil works), and supplier coordination. Knowledge of and experience with Public Administrations (Municipalities, Regional Governments, Industrial Ministries) is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Knowledge and experience in PCI and BT, Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), and Environmental Management are desirable.
