Internal process improvement and best practices #### **Job Description** At **The Whiteam Consulting**, we are looking for a **Power Platform Consultant** with **4–5 years of experience**, passionate about Business Apps solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem: **Power Automate, PowerApps, Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio**. You will join the **Business Apps** team to design, develop, and lead Power Platform–based solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements and the quality expected by clients. #### **Responsibilities** * Understand, analyze, and define functional and business requirements. * Design and develop complete solutions based on **Power Platform**. * Ensure quality, completeness, and proper functionality of delivered solutions. * Coordinate and track project teams from various vendors (Project Management role). * Participate in designing architectures based on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform). * Contribute to improving internal processes and development best practices. #### **Requirements** * **3–5 years’ experience** in design and development using **Power Platform**, including: + **Model-Driven Apps** + **Canvas Apps** + **Logic Apps or Power Automate** + **Microsoft Dataverse** (data model, entities, relationships) * Knowledge of architecture and configuration in Microsoft productivity platforms: + **SharePoint Online** + **Office 365** + **Microsoft Teams** * Desirable: + Experience with **Copilot Studio**. + Prior experience in **Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM** projects. + Report design and development in **Power BI**. * Knowledge of agile methodologies: **Scrum / Kanban**. * English proficiency is valued (international environment). #### **Competencies** * Analytical ability and solution orientation. * Clear and effective communication with clients and technical teams. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams. #### **Position Details** * **Sector:** Digital Business Solutions * **Contract Duration:** 3–6 months (high possibility of extension) * **Contract Type:** Indefinite / Freelance Collaboration * **Location:** Madrid – **Hybrid** (1–2 days onsite at Las Tablas initially; greater flexibility may be considered later) * **Estimated Salary:** \~**35\.000 € SBA** * **Start Date:** Immediate **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
