You’ll be part of a growing company with strong European brands and a dynamic, friendly working culture. **Your Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the main contact for our consumers and retail partners. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient way — always aiming for a great customer experience. **Your Key Tasks** · Act as the first point of contact for consumers in **Spain, Germany, and other European markets**. · Provide product information and handle questions via email, phone, and social media. · Manage complaints, returns, and warranty cases in a professional and timely manner. · Support your colleagues with order processing, invoicing, and logistics follow\-up when needed. **What We’re Looking For** · MBO (intermediate vocational) education level or equivalent. · Experience in customer service, order management, or similar (junior profiles also welcome). · **Fluent in Spanish, German, and English** (spoken and written). · Good knowledge of **MS Office**; ERP experience (Unit4 or similar) is a plus. · Organized, proactive, and service\-oriented personality. **About Us** **VAHB B.V.** is behind three strong international brands: · **Crespo** – market leader in camping furniture across Europe. · **Bo\-Camp** – offering stylish outdoor and leisure products. · **Gimex** – originally a German brand, known for premium\-quality melamine tableware and cookware.
