Responsibilities: Support and guidance: Receive referrals from various professionals and attend to requests from patients and their families, providing clear information on available resources and services. Contribute to the comprehensive assessment of patients from an educational and social perspective. Collaborate in designing individualized treatment plans, contributing socioeducational intervention strategies. Design, plan, and implement educational activities that foster patient participation, learning, and socialization. Provide education on relapse prevention, daily life skills, self-care, and leisure time management. Promote patient autonomy and responsibility throughout their recovery process. Intervention and support during crisis situations. Follow-up, evaluation, and documentation. Participate in monitoring and controlling treatment progress, reinforcing achievements related to socioeducational and behavioral objectives. We offer: Working hours: Monday\-Friday, 10:00\-18:00. Work schedule: Full-time. Gross annual remuneration: €26,284.44 gross. Temporary Contract. **Profile:** Requirements: Qualification: University Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education. Professional experience: Minimum 6 months in a drug addiction healthcare center.
