Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Trainee responsible for end-to-end corporate logistics activities, warehouse control, and telematics unit provisioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Qualifications: Required Experience: * Prior experience in similar roles within logistics and/or warehouse management. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in equivalent functions is preferred. Education: * Professional qualification (or currently pursuing) or equivalent training related to logistics, warehousing, or operations. Candidate Profile: * High level of responsibility and commitment to operational objectives. * Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate effectively within corporate team environments. * Capacity to perform efficiently under operational pressure or stress. Position Conditions: * Employment type: Part-time. * Location: LoJack Spain offices (Madrid) \#LI\-IT \#LI\-BP1 Responsibilities: Role Objective: To onboard a Logistics Trainee responsible for comprehensive corporate logistics activities—including accurate warehouse administration, telematics unit provisioning and preparation, and operational support to the installation team—ensuring efficiency, inventory control, and alignment with business requirements. Responsibilities: * Operational management of the corporate warehouse, including inbound and outbound control and stock organization. * Planning and provisioning of telematics units according to corporate forecast. * Preparation and dispatch of telematics units based on installation requirements. * Configuration of telematics units according to customer profile and needs. * Preparation of installation materials for the installation team. * Execution of transfer orders and stock orders per internal procedures. * Preparation and maintenance of inventory reports, ensuring traceability and reliability of logistics information.
