We are looking for a Senior Functional QA professional with over 5 years of experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Analyze and evaluate user requirements, specifications, tender documents, and User Stories. \- Contribute to documenting business rules of applications. \- Design testing strategies and coverage matrices for complex, multi-application projects. \- Develop test plans and test cases. \- Create and maintain coverage matrices. \- Prepare necessary data for executing internal system tests, integrated with partners and business teams. \- Execute test cases and track results. \- Identify, document, and track incidents and anomalies. \- Prepare progress reports and documentation of test results. \- Draft summary reports and qualification minutes. \- Perform tests via API calls and technical interfaces. \- Maintain and update test repositories and regression tests. \- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions. \- Provide Level 1 support for applications and assist in reproducing production incidents. REQUIREMENTS: \- 7–10 years of experience in analysis, qualification, and testing roles within digital environments. \- Senior techno-functional profile with strong technical understanding. \- Experience in test strategy and execution, certification/homologation, and functional testing. \- Knowledge of APIs and hands-on experience with Postman and Jira. \- Experience working in Agile environments. \- Experience analyzing B2C and e-commerce customer journey paths. \- Professional French and English proficiency — both written and spoken — mandatory. \- Native-level Spanish fluency. Location: Madrid Office attendance: 2 or 3 days per week Working hours / compressed schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:30; Friday, 9:00–15:00 We’re great — but with you, we’ll be even better!
