We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER IT**, whose mission will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of the full lifecycle of **technology-related projects**, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and under control — on time, within budget, and meeting expected quality standards. This includes managing risks and maintaining smooth communication with all involved stakeholders. The candidate will perform the following responsibilities: * **Management of technology project requirements from various departments, technical analysis, and identification of optimal functional solutions:** * Collaborate with the requesting department to jointly define functional requirements (scope and objectives). * Analyze internally or externally available tools, in coordination with the IT/Architecture team, to determine the best technical solution. * Maintain continuous dialogue with relevant stakeholders to communicate and address the main needs of the client or specific department. * **Ensure project execution within agreed timelines by coordinating necessary resources, including external vendors and other company departments:** * Analyze and prioritize tasks and deadlines, performing tracking and reporting to ensure achievement of defined milestones. * Guarantee fulfillment of project objectives by managing potential issues arising during execution, as well as proposing improvements to achieve them. * Assign clear roles and responsibilities within the project team. * **Control of project budget, resources, and risks** * Establish and monitor the project budget, ensuring compliance. * Efficiently manage resources (human, material, and financial). * Identify potential risks both at project initiation and throughout its lifecycle, and develop a mitigation plan for each identified risk. * **Quality management** * Define quality standards to be applied in a quality control plan across the entire project lifecycle. * Supervise that the project meets end-users’ final expectations and provide advanced corrective support wherever needed. * Conduct internal audits and quality reviews of deliverables. **• Continuous communication and reporting** * Keep stakeholders informed about project progress. * Prepare regular status reports and ensure they are clear and understandable. * Facilitate decision-making through provision of relevant and up-to-date information. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing PROJECT MANAGER functions in IT (Technology) projects. * Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central project development is desirable. * Experience working with Microsoft Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate...), WEB/Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft SharePoint is valued. * **Experience with AI-integrated projects is highly desirable.** * Training in business/management and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is valued. * Strong coordination and work planning skills, plus high capacity to resolve incidents. **WE OFFER:** * The opportunity to participate in an expanding and growing project, enabling us to become industry leaders in automated fuel stations in the coming years. * Permanent position from day one, with professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment within a young and dynamic company. * Flexible working hours.
