We are looking for a **UAT & Data Validation Tester** to participate in data platform modernization projects, contributing to ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with business rules in Data Warehouse and Data Mart solutions. You will work closely with business teams, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Data Architects to validate migrated data and ensure correct implementation of functional requirements. **What will you do on the project? What will be your role?** * Define and execute UAT test scenarios and test cases. * Perform data validation activities between source and target systems. * Validate business rules and data transformation logic. * Carry out data reconciliation processes between legacy platforms and target environments. * Identify, document, and track incidents and defects. * Coordinate with business users during UAT cycles. * Generate test evidence and validation and approval documentation. * Monitor incident resolution and validate implemented fixes. * Ensure traceability between requirements, executed tests, and obtained results. * Support validation activities during cutover and production deployment phases. **To succeed in this position, you need knowledge/experience in:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, Testing, or Data Validation roles. * Proven experience validating Data Warehouse or Data Mart solutions. * Solid experience performing data reconciliations between source and target systems. * Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation. * Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformations. * Experience using incident management tools such as JIRA. * Experience in planning, defining, and executing UAT tests. * Ability to produce structured functional and technical documentation. * Knowledge of AWS analytics environments will be positively valued. * Experience with DBT and data model validation will be considered a plus. * Familiarity with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS. * Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality tools. * Experience working in complex corporate environments and large organizations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to detect data inconsistencies. * Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and functional teams. * Proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues.
