Do you want to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment? **Join us!** **Position:** ----------- **What will you do with us?** As a **Power Platform and AI Developer**, you will have the opportunity to work on Digital Transformation and AI Automation projects, focusing on the design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions integrated with agentic capabilities and Artificial Intelligence functionalities. You will contribute to building automated workflows, low-code applications, and intelligent agents to optimize business processes. You will help evolve enterprise-grade solutions built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI service integrations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adoption of emerging technologies. You will work in a collaborative and structured environment focused on quality and innovation, where your contribution will be recognized through a clear professional growth path. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** **Education:** University degree or technical diploma **Experience:** Minimum 3+ years of software development or Power Platform experience **Core Competencies:** * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) * Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems * Knowledge of low-code/no-code solutions in enterprise environments * Familiarity with AI/LLM applied to process automation * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Power Fx) * Experience with AI agents or Copilot Studio is a plus * Strong command of English language **Additional Profile Attributes** * High capacity for teamwork * Precision and mental flexibility * Strong orientation toward automation and innovation * Proactive problem-solving skills in professional contexts **Additional Information:** --------------------- We offer team integration with role classification aligned to prior professional experience and compensation commensurate with the candidate’s actual skill level.
