We are seeking to hire an Expert in Selection and Recruitment specializing in technical Engineering profiles for our Human Resources team in Barcelona. You will be a key player in attracting and selecting the talent that drives our most strategic projects—from complex consulting engagements to comprehensive asset management. Your responsibilities * Lead end\-to\-end selection processes for Engineering roles in BIM (Building Information Modeling) environments * Identify and attract specialized technical talent across all phases of the project lifecycle: consulting, conceptual design, basic design, detailed engineering, construction supervision, and asset management * Collaborate closely with business leads to understand technical requirements and define target candidate profiles * Manage candidate databases and maintain an active pipeline of qualified technical talent * Conduct competency-based interviews and initial technical assessments * Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the process * Meet established recruitment KPIs and objectives (Time to Hire, hiring quality, etc.) * Participate in employer branding initiatives targeted at technical professionals Essential requirements * University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Engineering, or related fields * 3–5 years of experience in personnel selection, with a focus on technical Engineering profiles * Solid knowledge of BIM environments and the full engineering project lifecycle (from consulting through to asset operation) * Proven experience working toward goals and meeting recruitment metrics * Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and SF * Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical stakeholders * Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent processes * Advanced English level (B2\+) Desirable requirements * Prior experience in engineering consultancies, technical service firms, or industrial sectors * Knowledge of competency-based assessment methodologies and assessment centers * Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean operators, etc.) * Additional training in personnel selection or talent management What we offer * Join a world-leading company with a strong track record and international reach * Indefinite contract with full-time hours * Location at our Barcelona offices, with the possibility of a hybrid work model * A dynamic, results-driven environment where your contribution will be visible and impactful * A continuous training plan and personalized professional development * A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience * Social benefits: private health insurance, wellness program, service discounts, and more * An inclusive and diverse culture committed to equal opportunity Will you take on the challenge?
