Description
The position is part of the manufacturing department, where the professional will be responsible for operating and performing basic maintenance on specialized machinery. Key tasks include equipment preparation, continuous supply of raw materials, and monitoring the production flow to ensure process continuity and efficiency. Additionally, the operator must carry out periodic quality checks on in-process products, ensuring compliance with established standards before proceeding to the next production stage.
Operation of material handling equipment—such as forklifts and bridge cranes—is a fundamental aspect of the role, used for the safe loading, unloading, and movement of coils and other heavy materials within the plant. After each production cycle or at the end of the shift, the operator is responsible for cleaning and organizing their assigned work area and machinery, following safety protocols and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal conditions for the next shift.
This role involves constant collaboration with other production team members and departments, actively contributing to process improvement and resolution of minor line incidents. A proactive attitude, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and firm commitment to industrial safety and quality standards—essential pillars for facility operations—are required.
The company offers a temporary contract with the possibility of subsequent integration into the client’s permanent workforce. The gross annual salary ranges between 28\.900 and 31\.000 euros. Working hours follow rotating shifts under either the American system (e.g., cycles of 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 2 nights) or the 7/2\-7/2\-7/3\ model. Employee parking is available, and immediate hiring is sought.
A vocational training qualification (Medium or Higher Level Vocational Training) in fields such as graphic arts, electronics, machining, or related areas is required; submission of the official certificate is mandatory. A valid forklift operator license and a valid bridge crane operator license are both essential. At least one year of experience in industrial environments is valued. Good physical condition is required due to moderate physical effort involved in the job.
