With ALE\-HOP’s national and international expansion, our teams continue to grow—and we need to strengthen our department. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage administrative documentation for the department and ensure accurate registration, filing, and control of information. * Process purchases and orders, track deliveries, and resolve any potential issues. * Maintain regular contact with suppliers, request quotations, and manage required documentation. * Register and verify invoices and ensure their correct submission to the Accounting department. * Analyze data, validate results, and prepare reports to support decision-making. * Monitor budgets and costs, identifying possible deviations. * Provide support for project tracking and implementation, controlling timelines, responsible personnel, and execution status. * Maintain organized, up-to-date, and reliable databases to facilitate consultation and analysis. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Market Research, or related fields.** * Additional training, courses, or certifications in data analysis are valued. * Intermediate\-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Intermediate level of English is valued. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract—because great things are meant to last. * Full-time position to give your best. * Competitive salary, commensurate with your experience, with annual reviews and bonuses for achieving objectives. * Real career growth within the company (yes, promotions really happen here). * Training fully covered by ALE\-HOP—you bring the motivation; we provide the resources. * 30% discount at our stores (yes, you’ll definitely use it). * Internal participation opportunities for all HOPers (contests, events, and many more!).
