Position Summary: Nurse at a healthcare facility responsible for coordinating care, monitoring patient needs, administering medications, taking vital signs, and collaborating with the medical team. Comprehensive patient care, including specialized nursing interventions. We are seeking a nurse in Seville to provide care for service users at a healthcare facility. Duties include coordinating and supervising care according to the established care plan, monitoring and meeting patients' physiological and healthcare needs, administering medications as prescribed, and measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. The nurse also collaborates with medical staff by preparing materials and recording data in clinical records, provides care for bedridden patients—including repositioning and enteral feeding via nasogastric tube—and manages ostomies. The nurse ensures personal hygiene, monitors medications and food in patient rooms, and addresses healthcare needs of facility staff. The nurse participates with physiotherapists in compatible activities and places pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders when no other staff member is assigned to do so.
