Since 2015, **WATA Factory** has been helping companies build, improve and evolve digital products through collaborative engineering and AI\-powered ways of working. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a **Project Lead** with a technical background to manage communication with some of our customers in Germany. Native\-level German and a good command of English (B2\) are required. As a **Project Lead**, you will gather requirements, coordinate software projects, define product roadmaps, and work closely with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
