Responsible for carrying out complementary services of healthcare in those aspects assigned, applying the action protocols and corporate guidelines in effect, with the aim of ensuring high-quality patient service. What will your responsibilities be? * Accompany the patient from their arrival at the clinic, assisting them during their stay, monitoring their general condition and any changes since their last dialysis session, and helping transfer dependent patients. * Provide all necessary patient care according to corporate protocols. * Support the nursing team in administering prescribed medication and performing dialysis treatment according to the defined prescription and current procedures and operational guidelines, ensuring proper patient service. * Implement medical prescription guidelines related to proper nutrition, hydration, FAVI self-care, and patient hygiene. * Report any abnormalities detected in patients and/or in the monitor or disposable materials to be used for dialysis treatment. * Monitor and record the patient's temperature and weight at the beginning and end of dialysis. * Check and prepare dialysis monitors and other materials prior to hemodialysis, following internal instructions and protocols, verifying each patient's medical prescription. * Disinfect dialysis monitors internally and externally according to current protocols and document the process. * Prepare food for patients and assist in placing food orders. * Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of rooms, sofas, shelves, etc., at the end of each dialysis shift, whenever necessary. * Ensure cleaning of dressing carts and the materials they contain. * When required and following appropriate instructions, check stock levels in various rooms and proceed with restocking. * Collaborate as needed with the Clinic Resources Manager on maintenance tasks, facility controls, water plant and equipment, warehouse management, and environmental aspects. * Support a safety culture by following Occupational Risk Prevention guidelines (observing safety measures, using protective equipment, etc.) *In accordance with Organic Law 3/2007 of March 22, FME is committed to promoting the effective application of equal opportunities between men and women, preventing any form of gender-based labor discrimination and guaranteeing equal access opportunities.
