This is a fundamental task for smooth plant operations, ensuring that workflow never stops and that production rhythms set by the assembly line are maintained. In addition to stacking products, this position includes inspecting packaging conditions to identify any potential defects or damage before shipment. Basic quality tests are also conducted to ensure all outputs at the end of the process meet expected standards. This is a temporary contract requiring high attention to detail and strict adherence to safety regulations. Shifts are rotating—covering mornings, afternoons, and nights—so adaptability to varying daily production schedules is required. Maintaining order in the work area and keeping accurate records of tasks performed are key to success in this role. Primary education, 1 year of prior palletizing experience, knowledge of depalletizing, possession of personal vehicle, full availability for rotating shifts, and ability to start immediately.
