Optimize costs and treasury, enhancing financial performance A food products company in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Director. Integral Plus is a program of the SOC, and candidates must be in a situation of long-term unemployment (30 years or older) or unemployed for 45 years or older. They must be registered at the SOC employment office as unemployed job seekers (DONO). The selected candidate will perform financial and accounting management tasks. 1\. Financial and Accounting Management: Supervise monthly and annual financial closing. 2\. Management Control (reporting): prepare the division's P\&L, analyze deviations from the budget, and propose corrective actions. 3\. Treasury Management: optimize Cash Flow and supervise relationships with banking entities and suppliers. 4\. Cost Optimization (Food Cost), collaborating with operations to control raw material costs, waste, and logistics. 5\. Digitalization and processes: lead internal process improvement through ERP and Business Intelligence tools. 6\. Compliance and auditing: coordinate external audits and ensure internal policies are implemented across all consumption centers. * Minimum 3 years of experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance leadership role is required. Experience in food or logistics sector companies will be considered an advantage. * Bachelor’s Degree * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * English (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Education in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working hours: 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break); Remuneration: €55,000
