We seek to hire a **Maintenance Manager** with experience in the hotel industry, detail orientation, and technical leadership capability to guarantee the proper functioning of our facilities and deliver the best experience to our guests. What Are We Looking For? A solution-oriented, organized individual with a preventive maintenance mindset, capable of coordinating the hotel’s technical department to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance across the hotel. * Coordination and management of daily technical incidents. * Oversight of installations: HVAC, electricity, plumbing, hot water supply, swimming pools, fire protection systems (PCI), and industrial equipment. * Management of external vendors and service providers. * Monitoring of energy consumption and proposals for efficiency improvements. * Compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention (PRL), and mandatory legal maintenance requirements. * Coordination and leadership of the maintenance team. * Operational support during hotel events or special requirements. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Manager in hotels or tourism establishments. * Technical knowledge in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Technical training is desirable (e.g., vocational training, Technical Engineering, or equivalent). * Strong organizational, leadership, and priority-management skills. * Basic proficiency with computer tools and maintenance software. * Availability for on-call duties or occasional urgent incidents. Especially Valued: * Experience in resort or boutique hotels. * Proactive profile focused on continuous improvement. * Attention to detail and guest experience. * Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability.
