Description
You will be responsible for managing key administrative documentation essential to the department's operations. Your main tasks will include issuing delivery notes and related documents, as well as receiving, verifying, and registering invoices in the management system. You will also handle customer inquiries, manage communications, and ensure that administrative data remains up to date and accurate.
The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain an efficient and reliable document workflow, directly supporting the team’s daily operations. This role is fundamental in supporting logistics and commercial operations, handling sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures for document management and invoicing.
The work environment is dynamic, where accuracy and responsiveness are essential. Your focus will be on preserving the integrity of the area’s core administrative and financial records.
A higher vocational qualification (or equivalent) in Administration and Finance or a related field is required, along with a minimum of four years’ proven experience in similar administrative roles. Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with the Business Central enterprise management system—or equivalent ERP tools—for invoice registration and data management are mandatory. The ability to work accurately under pressure and to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently is highly valued.
