We are seeking a database administrator to join our team in Madrid. A disability certificate of at least 33% is required. Key responsibilities include administration, monitoring, and optimization of MariaDB, MongoDB, and Redis databases. You will also manage instances on AWS RDS and MongoDB Atlas, as well as in-memory caches using Redis. You will be responsible for designing high-availability strategies, replication, and disaster recovery plans, and for managing infrastructure using Terraform. You will perform query tuning, implement security policies, and define backup and recovery strategies. You will also prepare reports and visualizations to monitor system performance. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a gross monthly salary of 1\,750 euros. Technical or engineering studies, three to five years of experience, and English proficiency at B2 level are required. Knowledge of AWS, scripting in Python or Bash, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Grafana is highly valued. Experience with other database engines such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is also considered.
