This position is based at our Madrid (Las Rozas) offices. **Your Objectives as an ERP Consultant/Programmer?** You will be responsible for preparing reports, actions, processes, and migrations for Cegid Gestiona3w ERP clients, working closely with the PS Manager and the PS department. As an ERP Consultant/Programmer, your responsibilities include: * Supporting training for other team members. * Reviewing user help documentation. * Working within published company standards and practices. * Developing high-quality software within agreed timelines. * Collaborating with the Product Manager to provide technical advice and guidance. * Customer support: conducting client meetings and supporting issue resolution. * Supporting operational business activities through adoption of new technologies and development of ad hoc prototypes. * Smoothly handling multiple planned and unplanned issues during development phases. * Supporting SCRUM release planning and sprint planning through analysis and estimation of development work. **About You** -------------------- * Technical or university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Higher Vocational Training in Application Development (DAW / DAM), or equivalent. * Strong programming skills in PHP, JavaScript, Laravel, MySQL, and Bootstrap. * Prior experience in project management (end-to-end IT/ERP project management—analysis, design, deployment, and monitoring—as well as team and stakeholder coordination). * Analytical and problem-solving abilities (identifying root causes, prioritizing technical and functional solutions, ensuring quality in development and testing, with particular attention to detail). * Effective communication and collaboration (clearly conveying ideas and results—both orally and in writing—to clients and teams, fostering teamwork and commitment to project goals). * Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
