Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in impactful regional and global projects. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the ServiceNow training and development program * Collaborate on configuration, development, and support tasks under supervision * Support analysis and documentation of functional and technical requirements * Perform testing and validation of developments and integrations * Contribute to incident resolution and continuous process improvement * Acquire knowledge and best practices in enterprise development and platforms **Requirements** * FP Higher Vocational Training qualification in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), Web Application Development (DAW), or Network Systems Administration (ASIR), or equivalent * Academic knowledge of Java or JavaScript * Strong learning ability and orientation toward professional development * Good communication and teamwork skills * Interest in professional development in ServiceNow technologies **Nice to have** * Participation in academic software development projects * Basic knowledge of relational databases * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies * Familiarity with agile methodologies * Basic technical English proficiency for reading documentation
