At NOVANOTIO, we are recruiting an RMT Engineer (Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability) to join a high-criticality technological project linked to industrial and defense environments, featuring strong engineering components and stringent security requirements. This position is based in Aranjuez, operating under a hybrid work model (40% on-site), with involvement in technically highly relevant programs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of experience in RMT Engineering. Experience in Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability activities. University degree in Electronic, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. Ability to obtain HPS clearance (mandatory requirement). Access to and experience using SAP. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? Reliability analysis: predictions, RBDs, redundancy modeling, and FMECAs. Maintainability analysis: MTTR and MTA calculations. Testability analysis: fault detection and localization. Working with NATO RESTRICTED or equivalent classified documentation, always handled in person. Regular interaction with laboratories to gain first-hand knowledge of products and ensure their proper maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: Conducting RMT activities in complex technological programs such as VCR 8×8 and MKs (EFA). Preparation of technical studies and documentation covering reliability, maintainability, and testability. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in on-site settings. Technical analysis of systems and subsystems throughout their lifecycle. Supporting maintenance and improvement of solutions through direct product knowledge.
