We are currently recruiting a Simulation, Data Analysis and AI Engineer to join our Stress Department for developing predictive models and simulations applied to transportation, industrial, and scientific facility environments, focusing on structural analysis, process optimization, and intelligent systems. **Responsibilities:** * Development and validation of AI models applied to physical simulations. * Integration of Machine Learning algorithms into simulation environments. * Simulation projects supported by FEM tools. * Analysis of results and generation of technical reports. * Automation of simulation and post-processing workflows. * Collaboration on projects emphasizing computational efficiency and predictive accuracy. **What We Offer:** * Flexible working hours for improved work-life balance. * Hybrid work model. * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * A participatory, innovative, and dynamic work environment. Join the place where engineers love to work. * **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree or specialization in simulation, data science, and/or AI is highly desirable. * Proficiency in engineering software: * + - Software engineering and DevOps: automation, programming, environment management, databases, and code quality. + - Machine Learning and MLOps: end-to-end model development, advanced validation, and integration into production systems. * High level of English (minimum B2\). * Proactivity and strong teamwork skills. * Desirable knowledge in: * + Engineering methodology and best practices: version control, test-driven development, documentation, clean design, and quality culture. + Experience in structural (FEM) and/or fluid (CFD) simulation. + Proficiency with tools such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus, Simulink, OpenFOAM. + Ability to produce technical documentation and collaborate effectively in agile environments. \#LI\-EC1
