Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst for the Architecture Division, responsible for managing tenders, preparing price reports, sourcing suppliers, and overseeing procurement processes. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Procurement Analyst to join our Architecture Division based at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Preparing tenders for projects, procurement, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and benchmarking ratios. * Preparing market price reports. * Sourcing suppliers. * Launching tenders, conducting comparative analyses, recommending procurement decisions, monitoring procurement progress, and supporting final project settlements. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture or Engineering. * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. * Proficiency in Presto, Revit, MS Office, and MS Project. * Advanced level of English.
