No prior experience is required — just eagerness to learn. We’ll teach you everything you need: **Basic technical support:** Assisting in resolving technical incidents and queries from teams and stores. **Equipment preparation and maintenance:** Configuration and inspection of corporate devices. **User management:** Creating and maintaining accounts in Google Workspace, Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Notion, Slack, and Akiles. **Store equipment:** You’ll learn about automation, MDM, updates, and coordination with vendors. **Office infrastructure:** Support with Windows, printers, meeting rooms, and everyday services. **Video surveillance and communications:** Assistance with installation and maintenance tasks for cameras, Wi\-Fi networks, and communication systems. **RFID Project:** Collaboration on installations and technical support during the rollout of the RFID system in stores. **What are we looking for in you?** Currently enrolled in an **FP in Microcomputer and Network Systems**, **Systems Administration**, **Development**, or similar program. Ability to sign a **training agreement** with your educational institution or through our external partner **Aicad**. Motivation to learn and a proactive attitude. Interest in the IT world, cloud tools, and retail technology. Teamwork skills, willingness to ask questions without hesitation, and curiosity. Organizational ability and attention to detail.
