Position Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of the Santalucía Group Strategic Plan, including definition, development, and mobilization, as well as market and competitor analysis. Collaboration in defining and updating strategic initiatives MISSION By joining the Strategic Planning team, you will be responsible for the "end-to-end" management of the Santalucía Group Strategic Plan: definition, development, mobilization, and active management of the Group’s Strategic Plan; identification of synergies; and conceptualization and development of business plans. You will also be responsible for conducting market and competitor trend analyses. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **End-to-end Management of the Santalucía Group Strategic Plan:** Collaborate in the strategic definition and updating of strategic initiatives. Collaborate in establishing the rationale behind the company’s priorities and facilitate their implementation across the organization. Support the mobilization and reallocation of financial resources for strategic initiatives. Support the generation of value-oriented thinking to critically assess the outcomes of strategic initiatives. Identify and support the mobilization and activation of synergies. Support governance and monitoring of the Strategic Plan. Market and trend analysis, as well as competitive and market intelligence analysis. REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** Approximately 2–3 years of experience. Experience as a strategy consultant at a consulting firm (cross-sector knowledge preferred, especially in financial/insurance sectors) or within the Strategy Department of a multinational corporation. Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and business case development. Commercial and business due diligence experience is considered a plus. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree and/or university degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and Management (ADE).
