Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer – Python & AWS

From **IT Partner España**, we are seeking a **Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer** to participate in advanced analytics and machine learning projects within a technological and business environment. The selected candidate will join a team involved both in maintaining and evolving existing models and in developing new data and machine learning solutions. ### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Autonomous development of **end\-to\-end** solutions, from requirements analysis through implementation and production deployment. * Design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of **Machine Learning models**. * Maintenance and evolution of **product recommendation models**. * Development and enhancement of models focused on **predicting customer churn (business attrition)**. * Participation in developing a **commercial plan orchestration tool**. * Data analysis and processing using **Python, PySpark, and SQL**. * Working with **AWS** services, especially **Amazon SageMaker**. * Collaboration with other technical and business teams to transform business needs into data-driven solutions. ### **What are we looking for?** * **2\-3 years of experience** in roles related to Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering. * Solid experience with **Python**. * Experience working with **PySpark** and **SQL**. * Experience with **AWS**, especially **SageMaker**. * Knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining **Machine Learning models**. * Ability to work **autonomously** and handle end\-to\-end development. * Prior experience with **recommendation models, churn/attrition prediction, or commercial analytics** is a plus. * **English: B1**. ### **Conditions** * **Location:** Madrid. * **Experience:** 2\-3 years. * **Salary:** up to **€45,000 gross per year**, depending on experience and expertise. * **Project:** Stable, with opportunities for professional growth. * Join an environment where you can work with **Data, Machine Learning, and Cloud** on real-world impact projects.
